About me

My background

After studying Musicology and Media in Berlin and Seoul, I was “certified” as a Design Thinker (HPI D-School, 2010), Yoga Teacher (Spirit Yoga, 2014) and as a Systemic Consultant of Organizations (artop, 2016). Before I did what I am doing today, I assisted at theater productions and art installations of Christoph Schlingensief, opera productions at the Salzburg Festival and for Herbert Grönemeyer's charity campaign "Deine Stimme gegen Armut" ("Global Call to Action against Poverty"); I ran my own company RITA (Resonance In The Arts), wrote culture- and marketing concepts, i.e. for Pandora Filmproduktion and the Goethe Institut Korea and managed the innovative Festival Piano City Berlin

After learning about the power of Design Thinking, I started to focus on experimenting and working with the process, the mindset and the principles behind. I was lecturer and track manager at the HPI School of Design Thinking, helped building up "D-Schools" in Malaysia, China and South Africa and teach at the design akademie berlin user centric research and innovation as well as workshop design for the M.A. Strategic Design. I work as a program developer and consultant at the HPI Academy, where I lead and coach workshops for various companies and institutions. One ongoing project is the co-creation of the „Professional Track“, an intensive 3 months training for managers and change makers.

As a freelancer I provide support with change management and innovation for large corporates and NGOs, the cultural and the educational institutions and work together with agencies worldwide.

I hardly ever work alone, as different people have different mindsets and challenge the status quo.
